Details

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), in coordination with the National Service for the Specialized Protection of Children and Adolescents of Chile, invites consulting firms to submit proposals to design and implement a model of Learning Communities through an international internship program. The objective is to strengthen the technical skills of the Service's teams and its Accredited Collaborators.

1. Objectives and technical scope

International internship program: Design, coordinate, and implement study internships in relevant countries (Spain and Argentina) aimed at specialized training and professional collaboration in the field of child and adolescent protection.

Systematization of good practices: Identify, document and analyze international experiences on intervention models, training methodologies and supervision mechanisms to identify elements that can be transferred to the Chilean context.

Knowledge transfer: Design and implement mechanisms and learning spaces that allow capitalizing, disseminating and ensuring the institutional appropriation of the skills acquired by the Service and its Accredited Collaborators.

2. Key activities and operational deployment

Preparation and logistics: Define criteria for the selection of participants together with the Service, design a technical induction plan and coordinate the logistics of transfers and itineraries (Santiago to Buenos Aires, Madrid, Barcelona and Santander, including Oviedo, Bilbao and Pamplona).

Accompaniment and information gathering: To provide technical support for the development of the visits, applying rigorous recording methodologies to document qualitative information on the practices and interventions observed.

Socialization and replicability: Facilitate spaces for technical reflection (feedback workshops, socialization) to transfer knowledge to the teams that did not participate directly in the internships.

3. Expected results and outputs

Systematization reports: Analytical documents detailing findings, lessons learned, critical success factors, and viable recommendations for adaptation to Chile's reality.

Technical transfer products: Development of practical tools derived from internships, such as methodological guides, executive reports and learning capsules.

Sustainability Strategy: A methodological proposal with guidelines and recommendations to institutionally incorporate the model of Learning Communities and exchange of practices in the Service Training Academy.
