Not procurement or legal advice
Nothing on FreeTender constitutes procurement, legal, financial, or professional advice. FreeTender does not handle bid submission, payments, Earnest Money Deposit, or Digital Signature Certificates, and is not party to any procurement transaction.
Publisher-submitted content
Tenders published by private organisations are moderated before going live, but FreeTender does not independently verify every claim. Report anything suspicious using the report link on the tender page; we operate a takedown process for fraudulent, duplicate, or expired listings.
Advertising
FreeTender displays advertising (Google AdSense, featured listings, and direct sponsorships). Advertisements and sponsored placements do not constitute endorsement, and are clearly distinguished from tender content.
