Hazardous Material Policy: Non-disturbance of wall ACM; Lead-safe work practices and waste characterization for tile demolition required.

WBS Element - Scope Description 1.0 Demolition & HAZMAT Lead-safe demo of flooring, fixtures, and partitions in 2 bathrooms. Includes containment, monitoring, and specialized waste characterization/disposal. 2.0 Flooring Furnish and install approx. 240 sq. ft. of new heavy-duty waterproof vinyl flooring. 3.0 Plumbing (New) Furnish and install all new toilets, urinals, sinks, showers, valves, and flushometers for two bathrooms. 4.0 Fixtures (New) Furnish and install new toilet partitions, shower pans, mirrors, and dispensers for two bathrooms. 5.0 Testing & Closeout Reconnect all utilities, perform full functional and leak testing with unit POC, and conduct final site cleanup.
