This is for routine inside cleaning only and will complement our in-house cleaning team as part of a mixed service model. This excludes all external cleaning activities, including but not limited to building exteriors, external windows, roofs, gutters, car parks, footpaths, landscaping, and other outdoor areas. We are not seeking proposals for services outside this internal cleaning scope. This includes external building cleaning, grounds or landscaping work, building maintenance, security services, or other unrelated facilities services. We do not want labour-hire only or recruitment-only solutions, franchise-based delivery models, or broad theoretical proposals that do not clearly show how the service will be delivered in practice. We are also not seeking proposals for cleaning equipment, automation, or machine-based solutions intended to replace or materially reduce the need for cleaning staff, as this procurement is specifically for the provision of cleaning staff services.
