- SUBMISSION OF PROOF OF REGISTRATION: VALID CR12 OR CR13 FOR COMPANIES, NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARD ID FOR SOLE PROPRIETORS, PARTNERSHIP DEED FOR PARTNERSHIPS.

- VALID REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE AS A DATA CONTROLLER OR DATA PROCESSOR ISSUED OR A RECEIPT OF PAYMENT ISSUED BY THE OFFICE OF THE DATA PROTECTION COMMISSIONER. - MUST SUBMIT A COMMITMENT LETTER TO INSTALL THE REQUIRED INFRASTRUCTURE. - PROVIDE A COMMITMENT TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIRED SERVICE UPTIME AND SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA).
