1.1 OBJET DE L’APPEL D’OFFRES Par le présent appel d’offres, la Ville de Sept-Îles requiert des soumissions pour le nettoyage domestique du Centre socio-récréatif. Le Centre socio-récréatif est situé au 500, avenue Jolliet à Sept-Îles. 3.2 DURÉE DU CONTRAT Le contrat issu du présent appel d’offres pourra être octroyé au soumissionnaire retenu à l’entière discrétion de la Ville, et ce en fonction de ses besoins selon l’une ou l’autre des options suivantes : Option A : Contrat d’une durée d’un (1) an, soit du dimanche 7 février 2027 à 00 h 01 minute jusqu’au samedi 5 février 2028 à 24 heures inclusivement. Option B : Contrat d’une durée de trois (3) ans, soit du dimanche 7 février 2027 à 00 h 01 minute jusqu’au samedi 2 février 2030 à 24 heures inclusivement.
