Cette démarche ne constitue ni un appel d’offres ni une demande de prix et n’engage la Ville à aucune obligation contractuelle. 1.2 OBJET DE L’AVIS La Ville de Sept-Îles souhaite explorer de nouvelles avenues afin de détourner l’élimination des matelas, sommiers, futons et autres matières similaires et d’en favoriser le réemploi, le recyclage ou la valorisation. La Ville souhaite ainsi connaître les organisations intéressées et les solutions qu’elles seraient en mesure de proposer. À titre indicatif, les quantités visées sont estimées à environ 1 500 unités par année, sans garantie de volume.
