Le PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES doit exécuter les Services conformément aux normes NFPA 96 (Ventilation Contrôle and Fire Protection of Commercial Cooking Operation). Le PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES est chargé de mettre à disposition la main-d’œuvre, les matériaux, les outils et de couvrir tous les autres frais nécessaires pour assurer la prestation des Services et de garantir le bon fonctionnement des équipements.
