Details
The engagement will be for five (5) years, subject to ADB’s requirements and satisfactory performance. Details of the scope of Services and schedule of fees are described in the attached Terms of Reference (Appendix 1). Letter of Intent for the provision of Services; b. Confirmation of acceptance of the Retainer Contract Template and Schedule of Rates (Appendix 3) Deadline for submission via ADB’s eProcurement system is extended from 02 OCTOBER 6 until 09 OCTOBER 2026, 5PM (Manila Time). The LOI and CV / Company Profile are expected to contain information per the Evaluation Criteria. (ii) ADB may also schedule interviews and/or test/s to assess qualifications of select Service Providers, with details (e.g. Date, Time, and Venue) to be provided via e-mail. (iii) ADB will require selected Service Provider/s to enter into and execute a Retainer Contract. Se rvice Providers requiring additional information or clarification of any aspect of this invitation should get in touch with Ms. This invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of ADB, either financial or otherwise.
