ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK Bangladesh Resident Mission (BRM) First (1st) and Second (2nd) Floor Renovation Works for ADB Bangladesh Resident Mission (BRM) Office REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Asian Development Bank (ADB) invites you to submit a competitive proposal for the First (1st) and Second (2nd) Floor Renovation Works for ADB Bangladesh Resident Mission (BRM) Office. The Works shall be delivered in all respects and installed in ADB in accordance with the specifications outlined in Appendix 1 – Work Performance Statement. In case of an international company, a Joint Venture with a local company meeting this requirement is required. (iv) Demonstrate financial capacity to fulfil the requirements of the scope. The bidder shall demonstrate financial capacity by meeting either of the following requirements: a. Access to an available bank -certified credit line, net other commitments of at least $500,000 equivalent, issued within 90 days prior to the bid submission deadline.
