ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK ADB Headquarters, 6 ADB Ave., Mandaluyong City 1550, Philippines INVITATION TO BID DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ADB’S ORGANIZATIONAL RESILIENCE PLAN 1. Bidding is open to all firms and only bidders meeting the following requirements will be considered. (i) The Bidder must have the nationality of an eligible country in accordance with Appendix 14: List of ADB Eligible Member Countries. At a minimum, the team must include a Senior Lead Consultant and Business Analysts, with staffing appropriate to the scope, timeline, and complexity of the TOR. Key Personnel are required on-site at ADB HQ for the duration of the contract, or be present on -site for key meetings and workshop, provided that Key Personnel work in Manila business hours; (v). The Bidder must accept the conditions of the RFP, including the Terms of Reference (TOR), bid validity, conflict-of-interest provisions, confidentiality requirements, Bid Securing Declaration, and key contractual requirements, including Performance Securit y and insurance, without material deviation. Bids should be received before the deadline indicated in the sourcing event.
