The goods and service shall be delivered in all respects and installed in ADB in accordance with the specifications outlined in Appendix 1 – Terms of Reference . In the case of an international company, a Joint Venture with a company meeting this requirement is required. (iv) Demonstrate financial capacity to fulfil the requirements of the scope.
