ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK 6 ADB Avenue, Mandaluyong City 1550 Metro Manila, Philippines INVITATION TO BID PRE-AND POST-EARTHQUAKE ENGINEERING SERVICES 1. The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines, invites interested parties for the bidding of the Pre-and Post - Earthquake Engineering Services. ADB seeks to engage the services of a highly experienced international technical expert (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) to deliver services on an as-needed basis inclusive but not limited to pre and post structural engineering services for the ADB H eadquarters and any of its Resident Missions or Resident Offices, covering the following categories. To be qualified for the Bidding, Bidders must: (i) Have the nationality on eligible country in accordance with Appendix 1: List of ADB Eligible Member Countries. This Invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of ADB, either financial or otherwise. All costs associated with the preparation and submission of Bid shall be borne solely by the Bidder.
