The Asian Development Bank (ADB), a multilateral development finance institution headquartered in Manila, Philippines, wishes to receive a quotation for the Supply and Delivery of Earthquake Preparedness Supplies (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”), as outlined in the attached Appendix 1 - Product Specifications. To be eligible to submit a quotation, the bidder must: a) Have the nationality in an eligible country under the List of ADB Eligible Member Countries (as per <a href="http://www.adb.org" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">www.adb.org</a>). Delivery date/lead time on or before 15 October 2026 4. Payment shall be made only upon full delivery and acceptance of the Goods by ADB and upon submission of an acceptable invoice and supporting documents, including the delivery receipt duly acknowledged by ADB. This invitation does not entail any commitment on the part of ADB, either financial or otherwise.
