ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK ADB Headquarters, 6 ADB Ave., Mandaluyong City 1550, Philippines INVITATION TO BID DISPOSAL, SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ADB’S PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS 1. The initial contract duration shall be five (5) years, renewable subject to satisfactory performance and operational requirements. Bidders are encouraged to attend to clarify the requirements and familiarize themselves with the facilities covered by the Goods and Services. This Invitation to Bid does not entail any commitment on the part of ADB either financial or otherwise.
