ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK Tajikistan Resident Mission (TJRM) Design, Engineering, Interior Construction, and Fit-out Services for ADB REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Asian Development Bank (ADB) is a multilateral development finance institution established in 1966 with its headquarters based in Manila, Philippines. The engagement shall cover the full design, engineering, fit -out construction, testing, commissioning, and handover of the new office expansion. Interested companies should ensure they meet the following mandatory criteria: (i) Have the nationality on eligible country under the list of ADB Member Countries. Other equivalent documents The following timelines shall be observed: (1) The deadline for submitting queries in writing via electronic message through ADB's procurement system is 22 September 2026 , 5:00 PM Dushanbe time. The meeting invite will be sent in Coupa Message Center. (3) A site inspection (mandatory) will be held on 18 September 2026 (time to be confirmed). (4) The deadline for submitting bids through ADB's procurement system is 1 October at 5:00 PM Dushanbe time.
