Das Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf plant den Bau einer zentralen Abfallsammelstelle, diese wird an der Stelle des heute bestehenden Gebäudes 18.15 errichtet werden. Die Zentrale Abfallsammelstelle (kurz ZAS) besteht aus einem rechteckigen Baukörper mit einer Kantenlänge von 56 x 56,50 m, welcher von einer Lochblechfassade allseitig eingefasst wird. Der Baukörper unterteilt sich in einen nach oben offenem Innenhof, um den ein L-förmiger zweigeschossiger Einbau angeordnet ist. Das Bauwerk wird in Stahlbeton Massivbauweise errichtet, das Tragwerk des teilüberdachten Hofes wird in Stahlbauweise errichtet. Die Erschließung für Fahrzeuge erfolgt über großes Ein- und Ausfahrtstore, die Erschließung für Personen erfolgt über ein, im zweigeschossigen Einbau verorteten Treppenkern mit Hydraulikaufzug. Das Bauwerk wird im Untergrund von Kanälen gekreuzt (ein Medientunnel und ein Kanal für den automatischen Warentransport), sowie auf einer in Teilen abgebrochene Bunkeranlage errichtet. Hieraus resultiert eine komplexe Gründungssituation über ein System aus Stützen, wandartigen Trägern und Bodenplatten. Das Gebäude erhält im UG einen Anschluss an den Kanal für automatischen Warentransport, sowie einen Entladungsbahnhof im EG. Alle tragenden Wände werden in Stahlbeton ausgeführt, nichttragende Innenwände werden aus 24er Porenbeton, Innenwände in Sanitärbereichen in Leichtbauweise errichtet.

Das LV beinhaltet die dafür notwendigen Estrich- und Fliesenarbeiten. BGF: 3.650,00 m² BRI: 26.850,00 m³ ca. 250 m² Estrich verschiedener Güten (Flächen von 25-175 m²) ca. 130 m² Bodenfliesen inkl. Abdichtung ca. 275 m² Wandfliesen inkl. Abdichtung
