Lots Lot 1 — Bundesstadt Bonn: KGS Buschdorf - Planungsleistungen-Freianlagen: Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Objektplanungsleistungen für Freianlagen für die Erweiterung, den Umbau und die Sanierung der KGS Buschdorf in Bonn Bei der KGS Buschdorf handelt es sich um eine zweizügige Grundschule, bei der zurzeit 200 Schülerinnen und Schüler unterrichtet werden. Ziel der Maßnahme ist die Schaffung zusätzlicher Raumkapazitäten zur Sicherstellung des Rechtsanspruchs auf einen OGS-Platz sowie die funktionale und bauliche Weiterentwicklung des Schulstandorts. Hierzu sind Maßnahmen im Bestand als auch ein Erweiterungsbau erforderlich. Das Schulamt gibt dafür ein Raumprogramm vor, in dem die erforderlichen Räume und ihre Größen angegeben sind. Eine Erhöhung der Zügigkeit wird nicht angestrebt. Weitere Details sind der beiliegenden Projektbeschreibung zu entnehmen. Durch das Vergabeverfahren soll ein Planungsbüro gefunden werden, das die folgenden Leistungen erbringt: Grundleistungen sowie ggf. Besondere Leistungen der LPH 1 bis3 und 5 bis 9 gemäß § 39 HOAI Objektplanung Freianlagen. Es ist vorgesehen die Leistungen stufenweise zu beauftragen. Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Übertragung aller Leistungen besteht nicht.
