Die Zentralküche im Universitätsklinikum Düsseldorf wird komplett umgebaut und saniert. In diesem Zusammenhang wird ein zukunftsorientiertes Speisenverteilsystem für die Patientenverpflegung implementiert. Es erfolgt eine Umstellung auf das Cook & Chill Verfahren, unter Verwendung selbst hergestellter Produkte. Es ist eine Neuaufteilung der Raumstruktur vorgesehen, einschl. einer Modernisierung der Bausubstanz und im Besonderen die Erneuerung der Betriebstechnischen Ausstattung.
Lots Lot 1 — Bodenbeschichtung - Sanierung Zentralküche: Die Ausführung der Leistungen erfolgt in 2 oberirdischen und 2 unterirdischen Geschossen. In dieser Ausschreibung ist die Bodenbeschichtung für die Sanierungsarbeiten der Zentralküche beschrieben. Folgende Leistungen sind enthalten. - Baustelleneinrichtung - Staub- und Geruchschutz durch Unterdruckhaltung - Acryl-Bodenbeschichtung ca. 2.200 m² - Epoxid-Beschichtung, Lagerräume Ebene U2 ca. 186 m²
