Lots Lot 1 — Kreis Groß-Gerau, Sanierung der Beleuchtung - Berufliche Schulen Groß-Gerau: Bei der Baumaßnahme handelt es sich um die Beleuchtungssanierung des oben genannten Objektes. Im Zuge der ZUG-Förderung der Bundesregierung soll der Hallenbereiche sowie sämtliche Nebenräume auf LED-Technik umgebaut werden. Im Zuge der Arbeiten soll die Vorhandene Sicherheitsbeleuchtungsanlage gegen eine neue ersetzt werden. Zur Erfüllung der Leistungen sind die Standards des Kreises bei der Elektrotechnik und IT strikt einzuhalten. Hauptsächlich sind bautechnische Arbeiten auf Durchbrüche, Brandschutz, Leitungsführung, Austausch Leuchten sowie Sicherheitsleuchten, anpassen der UV´s und mechanischen Öffnen/Schließen von Zwischendecken beschränkt. Die Arbeiten haben in den Herbstferien vom 05.10.2026 bis zum 16.10.2026 stattzufinden. Danach sind die Arbeiten nur noch außerhalb der Schulzeiten nach Absprache mit der Schulleitung gestattet. Der. Der AN hat sicherzustellen des er genug Arbeitskräfte (min. 4 Personen) auf der Baustelle abstellt um die Ausführungszeit nicht zu gefährden.
