Anskaffelsens formåler å inngå rammeavtale for reisebyråtjenester for å sikre en allsidig, kostnadseffektiv og tilpasset løsning for Forsvarssektorens ulike brukere. Leverandør skal yte alle typer reisebyråtjenester med særlig fokus på bestillingsportal og kundeteam for personlig service. Oppdragsgiver sin organisasjon består av ulike virksomheter med ulike behov og Leverandøren skal operere som et nav for Oppdragsgivers samlede reisevirksomhet som inkluderer tjenestereiser, perm- og pendlerreiser samt sjømannsreiser ved behov. Reisevirksomhet understøtter Forsvarets operative evne og sektorens reisevolum er forventet å øke i takt med Oppdragsgivers organiske vekst. Anskaffelsens estimerte verdi er 140 MNOK eks. mva. Den maksimale verdien inntil 210 MNOK eks. mva., inkludert materielle opsjoner som fremgår av Vedlegg B punkt 2.3 for avtaleperioden. Oppdragsgiver har inntatt en volumopsjon som innebærer at den samlede verdien for rammeavtalen, inkludert volumopsjon, er satt til 350 MNOK eks. mva. Det skal inngås rammeavtale med én leverandør. Varigheten på rammeavtalen er 4 år.
