Details
Forsvarsmateriell (FMA) skal inngå rammeavtale for levering av rødt og hvitt kjøtt. Rammeavtalen inngås på vegne av Forsvaret, Politiet og Politiets sikkerhetstjeneste (PST). Forsvarsdepartementet (FD) med de til enhver tid underliggende etater, og Stortingets administrasjon har opsjon på å tiltre som bruker av rammeavtalen. Stortingets administrasjon har kun opsjon på å tiltre som bruker på delområde Sør-Norge.For oppdraget skal det inngås rammeavtale med en leverandør per delområde. Oppdraget er delt inn i delkontrakt Sør-Norge og delkontrakt Nord-Norge. Delkontrakt Sør-Norge gjelder for samtlige av brukers lokasjoner i samtlige fylker, unntatt Nordland, Troms og Finnmark. Delkontrakt Nord-Norge gjelder samtlige av brukers lokasjoner i fylkene Nordland, Troms og Finnmark. Dersom samme leverandør vinner konkurransen tilknyttet både Delkontrakt – Sør-Norge og Delkontrakt – Nord-Norge forbeholder Oppdragsgiver seg retten til å slå sammen de to delkontraktene til én rammeavtale.Rammeavtalens estimerte verdi er 650 MNOK ekskl. mva. og maksimal verdi er 900 MNOK ekskl. mva. over hele avtalens varighet. Delområde Sør-Norge har en estimert verdi på 390 MNOK ekskl. mva. og en maksimal verdi på 540 MNOK over avtalens varighet. Delkontrakt Nord-Norge har en estimert verdi på 260 MNOK ekskl. mva. og en maksimal verdi på 360 MNOK over avtalens varighet.FMA viser videre til det vedlagte konkurransegrunnlag for det enkelte delområde for mer informasjon om konkurransen.
