Kempsey Shire Council is seeking proposals from suitable community organisations for the Activation, Occupancy and Partnership Opportunity at the Mid North Coast High Performance Centre (MNCHPC).

The High Performance Centre (HPC) is a strategically significant Council asset developed to support sport, recreation, health, education and community outcomes across the Kempsey Shire and wider Mid North Coast region. Respondents may propose lease, licence, shared-use, partnership or alternative arrangements that support the effective use of the facility.

Council encourages proposals from both:

- Not for Profit organisations

- Commercial organisations
