INSTRUCTIONS TO QUOTERS:

This procurement is being conducted under RFO Subpart 12.201-1, “Simplified Procedure”. The Government is issuing this Request of Quotations (RFQ) followed by a purchase order to one (1) quoter. The Government will utilize the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process in accordance with DFARS 215.151-2 for this requirement.

Quotes sent through proprietary or third-party File Transfer Protocol (FTP) sites or DoD SAFE will not be retrieved. It is the responsibility of the Quoter to confirm receipt of Quotes.
