Udbuddet omfatter sprogstøtte til medarbejdere ansat i Københavns Kommunes Sundheds- og Omsorgsforvaltning. Udbuddet gennemføres i henhold til reglerne om sociale og andre specifikke tjenesteydelser over tærskelværdien (Light-regimet) jf. Udbudslovens afsnit III (Lov nr. 1564 af 15.12.2015). Udbuddet er opdelt i 2 delaftaler og gennemføres med henblik på at indgå 2 rammeaftaler á 4-års varighed vedr.: ● Delaftale 1: Medarbejdere med dansk som andetsprog. ● Delaftale 2: Udenlandske sygeplejersker på vej til autorisation. Rammeaftaleværdien for delaftale 1 forventes at være kr. 5.500.000,- ekskl. moms med en maksimal værdi på kr. 7.000.000,- ekskl.  moms for hele aftaleperioden på 4 år. Rammeaftaleværdien for Delaftale 2 forventes at være kr. 2.550.000,- ekskl. moms med en maksimal værdi på kr. 3.000.000,- ekskl. moms for hele aftaleperioden på 4 år. Kriterier for tildeling af rammeaftalerne er følgende: ● Pris 30 %, ● Kvalitet 70 %. Under Kvalitet vægtes følgende delkriterier: • Dansk i ældreplejen  20 %, • Progression og differentiering  20 %, • Pædagogisk tilgang  20 %, • Virksomhedsforlagt undervisning  20 %, • Organisering 20 %.
