Details
Udbuddet omfatter levering af helhedspleje efter Ældreloven samt praktisk hjælp og støtte og personlig hjælp og pleje efter Serviceloven. Herudover omfatter udbuddet overdragede opgaver efter Sundhedsloven (sygepleje). Aftalen omfatter hjemmeboende borgere i Københavns Kommune, som er visiteret til de omfattede Ydelser. Visitationen sker gennem Københavns Kommunes relevante visitationsenheder, og aftalen omfatter således borgere i hele Københavns Kommune. Der indgås som udgangspunkt aftale med to leverandører, mellem hvilke borgerne har frit valg. Omfanget af Ydelser afhænger derfor af antallet af visiterede borgere samt borgernes valg af leverandør. Ordregiver ønsker at indgå en 4-årig aftale med mulighed for forlængelse i op til 48 måneder fordelt på tre på hinanden følgende optioner: første option på op til 24 måneder, anden option på op til 12 måneder og tredje option på op til 12 måneder. Optionerne kan alene udnyttes i forlængelse af hinanden.
