VISTA college wenst met deze Europese aanbesteding, volgens de niet-openbare procedure, per perceel twee (2) opdrachtnemers te contracteren voor het leveren van dienstverlening op het gebied van werving en selectie van personeel. Met iedere geselecteerde opdrachtnemer wordt voor het betreffende perceel afzonderlijk een raamovereenkomst gesloten.

De opdracht heeft betrekking op het ondersteunen van VISTA college bij het invullen van vacatures voor structurele functies binnen de organisatie, in het bijzonder voor functies die moeilijk vervulbaar zijn. De dienstverlening ziet nadrukkelijk op werving en selectie voor indiensttreding bij VISTA college en omvat geen vormen van tijdelijke inhuur, detachering of inzet van zelfstandigen.
