Request for Proposals from a qualified independent consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive strategic evaluation of all the Academy's activities, including administrative, academic, and technical policies and procedures. The evaluation must cover compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, training effectiveness, infrastructure adequacy, faculty qualifications, and operational efficiency. Additionally, the evaluation must align with recognized international quality management standards. The final report will assist the Academy in aligning its operations with the Qatar National Vision 2030, with a focus on human development, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, thereby ensuring the highest standards of aviation training. The practical recommendations will help improve the efficiency, safety, and quality of education provided by the Academy, ensuring sustainability and continuous improvement in line with the Academy's strategic goal of establishing the Qatar Aviation University.
