De aan te besteden opdracht betreft het aangaan van een raamovereenkomst met één tot maximaal drie opdrachtnemer(s) voor het uitvoeren van specifieke werkzaamheden van het schuldregelingsproces voor (ex-)ondernemers binnen de deelnemende gemeenten. De werkzaamheden van de opdrachtnemer(s) omvatten:

  • verifiëren en vaststellen van de totale schuldenpositie;
  • uitvoering van de kennisgeving, verificatie- en saneringsfase, onderdelen van een minnelijk schuldregelingstraject;
