De Kansspelautoriteit wenst door middel van deze Europese openbare aanbesteding een overeenkomst te sluiten met één Opdrachtnemer aangaande het uitvoeren van de Hulplijnfunctie binnen het platform OpenOverGokken. De Opdracht ziet op het zo nodig operationeel maken en vervolgens in stand houden van een laagdrempelige, onafhankelijke Hulplijn voor mensen die gokken, Naasten en andere betrokkenen, waarbij voldoende bereikbaarheid, continuïteit, deskundige ondersteuning, passende doorverwijzing en verantwoording zijn geborgd.
