Details

PWN zoekt een opdrachtnemer voor de uitvoering van integrale Arbo- en Inzetbaarheidsdienstverlening.

De dienstverlening omvat onder meer bedrijfsartsenzorg, verzuim- en re-integratiebegeleiding, ondersteuning bij duurzame inzetbaarheid, preventieve dienstverlening, PAGO/PMO, arbeidsdeskundige dienstverlening, arbeidshygiënische expertise, RI&E-toetsing en advisering, keuringen en aanvullende specialistische dienstverlening.

PWN wil zich ontwikkelen van een voornamelijk medisch gestuurde verzuimaanpak naar een activerende en inzetbaarheidsgerichte benadering waarin eigenaarschap van medewerkers en leidinggevenden centraal staat. Van de opdrachtnemer wordt verwacht dat deze actief bijdraagt aan deze ontwikkeling.

PWN is eigenrisicodrager voor de WGA, Ziektewet en Werkloosheidswet. De dienstverlening dient aan te sluiten op relevante UWV-processen, de maatwerkregeling van PWN en de beheersing van re-integratie- en schadelastrisico’s.

De aanbesteding betreft een Europese niet-openbare procedure waarbij maximaal vijf gegadigden worden geselecteerd voor deelname aan de gunningsfase.
