Met deze aanbesteding worden geïnteresseerden in de gelegenheid gesteld een Inschrijving te doen. Deze aanbesteding heeft als doel het op een toetsbare en transparante wijze aangaan van een Raamovereenkomst met twee (2) Contractanten voor Hulpmiddelen. De gemeente streeft ernaar om inwoners met een beperking te ondersteunen met passende, veilige en kwalitatief hoogwaardige Wmo‑hulpmiddelen, zodat zij zo zelfstandig mogelijk kunnen wonen en participeren in de samenleving. De gemeente wil daarnaast meer grip op kwaliteit, doorlooptijden en kostenontwikkeling, en wil contractpartners die proactief meedenken, innoveren en samenwerken met zowel de gemeentelijke organisatie als andere ketenpartners (bijv. wijkteams, Wmo‑consulenten, andere leveranciers).
