Uitgaande post: verwerking en verzending van uitgaande post (fysiek en digitaal), waaronder aangetekende zendingen en DigiD-Post;

Systeemkoppelingen: inrichting en beheer van koppelingen met gemeentelijke systemen, waaronder het zaaksysteem, ten behoeve van statusopvolging en verzendregistratie;

Ondersteuning: implementatiebegeleiding, testen van de logistieke keten en opleiding van medewerkers, bijvoorbeeld voor het gebruik van frankeeroplossingen of verzendportalen;

Rapportage: periodieke managementrapportages over volumes, kosten en facturatie, KPI’s en servicelevels.
