De afdeling Procedures bij Luchtverkeersleiding Nederland (LVNL) levert procedures, producten en diensten van Air Traffic Management. De afdeling kent twee uitvoerende afdelingen:  'ATM Procedures' en 'Aeronautical Design and Information services'. De afdelingen brengen de (procedurele) architectuur van het ATM-systeem in kaart in samenhang met noodzakelijke ATM systeemontwikkeling en opleiding voor luchtverkeersleiders. Zij voert veranderingen door in de procedures door middel van een klantgericht changeproces. Dat doen zij door middel van het analyseren van wijzigingsverzoeken, het in kaart brengen van requirements, verifiëren van wet- en regelgeving, het ontwerpen van procedures, het analyseren van de impact van wijzigingen en het maken van operationele informatie voor luchtverkeersleiders. Deze informatieproducten worden (digitaal) gepubliceerd voor in- en extern gebruik door operationele belanghebbenden.
