ASD (ATM Systems & Development)

De afdeling ATM Systems & Development en Infrastructure & Maintenance is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en ontwikkeling van de Machine component van het LVNL ATM-Systeem. De Machine component valt uiteen in Communicatie, Surveillance, Navigatie en Air Traffic Management systemen. Deze systemen zijn essentieel voor de luchtverkeersleiders om het werk binnen de kaders van veiligheid, efficiency en milieu uit te voeren. Kenmerkend zijn de hoge beschikbaarheidseisen en focus op veiligheid bij het ontwikkelen van wijzigingen aan bestaande en nieuwe systemen en het uitvoeren van onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Alle werkzaamheden binnen de afdelingen vinden plaats conform Europese richtlijnen. De ‘machine’ organisatie bestaat uit de hoofdafdelingen “ATM Systems & Development” en “Infrastructure & Maintenance” en de stafafdelingen “Cyber”, “Business Support” en “Strategy, Integration & Architecture”.
