ICT verzorgt onze kantoorautomatisering. Zo’n 5 aan elkaar gelieerde teams zorgen dat informatie en technologie optimaal bijdragen aan het succes van de organisatie. Wij zetten ons elke dag in om onze informatievoorziening, applicaties en databronnen effectief, betrouwbaar en beheerd zijn.

Meer concreet zorgt de afdeling ICT voor deze services:

  • De moderne IT-werkplek, waarbij LVNL-medewerkers met behulp van onze faciliteiten hun werkzaamheden kunnen uitvoeren.
  • Digital collaboration, waarbij LVNL medewerkers (locatie onafhankelijk) eenvoudig digitaal samen kunnen werken
  • Waarde toevoegende business procesondersteuning en informatievoorziening, waarbij medewerkers efficiënt, productief en kostenbewust hun werk kunnen uitvoeren
  • De meest waardevolle bedrijfsdata en inzichten, zodat afnemers gebruik kunnen maken van relevante data, informatieportalen, dashboards en rapportage terwijl medewerkers kunnen vertrouwen op een betrouwbaar, veilig en compliant aanbod.

Voor levering, beheer en ontwikkeling van diverse (deel)services werken we nauw samen met externe partijen. De gebruikte applicaties worden intern gehost op een eigen infrastructuur of als SaaS-dienst ingekocht
