Corporate Legal

De afdeling Corporate Legal bestaat uit vijf bedrijfsjuristen, een manager en een secretaresse en acteert binnen een complexe en dynamische werkomgeving. De afdeling is verantwoordelijk voor het adviseren van het bestuur en interne afdelingen over uiteenlopende juridische vraagstukken en voert -al dan niet in samenwerking met externe advocaten- juridische procedures. De werkzaamheden concentreren zich met name op het algemeen privaatrecht, waaronder contractenrecht, IT- & datarecht, aanbestedingsrecht en arbeidsrecht, alsmede op het bestuursrecht, waaronder de Algemene wet bestuursrecht en de Wet luchtvaart. Corporate Legal adviseert zowel gevraagd als ongevraagd en waarborgt daarbij de onafhankelijke juridische oordeelsvorming en valt rechtstreeks onder de CFO. Vanuit deze juridische expertise draagt de afdeling bij aan de realisatie van de strategische en operationele doelstellingen van LVNL.
