Training Organisation

De Training Organization (TO) van LVNL verzorgt alle opleidingen van operationeel personeel en brengt Human Factors expertise in bij het evalueren, ontwerpen en verbeteren van de Mens-Machine-Procedure combinatie die het ATM-Systeem maakt waarmee de operationele dienst de dienstverlening uitvoert.

Concreet is TO verantwoordelijk voor:

  • De werving van kandidaten die een operationele functie binnen LVNL ambiëren (ordergrootte: 3200 kandidaten op jaarbasis)
  • De inrichting en uitvoering van de Selectie voor iedere operationele functie (door middel van capaciteitentesten, interviews, assessments, simulated job samples)
  • Het inrichten en (laten) opleiden van kandidaten tot EU-gebrevetteerde verkeersleiders (ordegrootte: op enig moment 100-120 leerlingen in opleiding)
  • Het inrichten en uitvoering geven aan de voortgezette opleiding van reeds gebrevetteerde luchtverkeersleiders (dmv training bulletins, classroom instruction, simulator programma’s,

e-learnings/ ordegrootte: bestand van 350 brevethouders)

  • Het specificeren, beheren en bedienen van een simulatorpark voor iedere operationele unit en functie (ordegrootte: tot 10 real-time simulatoren met 60 operators)
  • Het beoordelen van de huidige prestatie van het ATM-systeem en voorstellen tot verbetering hierin opstellen en beoordelen vanuit een Human Factors perspectief
  • In samenwerking met Machine en Procedure-afdelingen vormgeven aan wijzigingen aan het ATM-Systeem, en ontwerpen en uitvoering geven aan de conversietraining voor de operationele functies.
  • Het onderhouden van een Mensgerichte visie op het ATM-Systeem van de toekomst, en hiertoe (laten) uitvoeren van onderzoek naar de rol van de menselijke operator in een complex ATM-systeem.
