The works shall be carried out at UNTSO Headquarters Building No.1 and No.3, in Armon Ha’Natziv, Jerusalem. A general plan of the area will be provided with the bid drawings once published. The project will be implemented in two lots:

Lot 1 – Roof Waterproofing Works: Includes the complete replacement of the roof waterproofing systems for

both Buildings No. 1 and No. 3, including removal of the existing system, surface preparation, and installation of a new waterproofing membrane to ensure long-term protection against water ingress. Lot 2 – Masonry and Mechanical Repair Works: Includes localized repair and restoration of deteriorated masonry and wall elements to enhance structural integrity and overall building durability, as well as the repair, maintenance, and replacement of defective or deteriorated mechanical components of the old heating system. Subject to the availability of funds, the works described under Lot 1 and Lot 2 may be implemented separately or concurrently.
