1.Introduction World Vision East Asia Regional Office (EASRO) is conducting a Request for Information (RFI) to better understand the current market for Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) consulting services within Southeast/South Asia. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information on: - Availability of qualified GEDSI consultants and consulting firms; - Relevant experience and technical capabilities; - Service delivery models; - Indicative market rates for GEDSI consulting services; and - Market trends and regional expertise. This RFI is issued solely for market research and planning purposes and does not constitute a commitment to procure services, issue a Request for Proposal (RFP), or award a contract.|

2. Background

World Vision seeks to strengthen GEDSI integration across programs, operations, organizational systems, policy implementation, capacity development initiatives, and strategic projects within the East Asia region. To support future planning and sourcing decisions, World Vision is undertaking a market assessment of GEDSI consulting services available within Southeast/South Asia.

3. Eligibility Requirements

- Have a minimum of five (5) years of GEDSI-related consulting experience; - Have completed at least two (2) GEDSI assignments within Southeast/South Asia during the past five years; - Demonstrate the ability to provide services remotely and/or travel within the region when required. - Preferrably based in SouthEast/SouthAsia

4. Scope of Services (Indicative)

The consultant may be requested to provide some or all of the following services: - GEDSI strategy development and advisory services - Technical review of projects and proposals - Development of GEDSI tools, frameworks, and guidance documents - Capacity building and training - Facilitation of workshops and learning events - GEDSI assessments, audits, and evaluations - Integration of GEDSI into organizational processes - Development of monitoring indicators and reporting frameworks - Coaching and mentoring of staff This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information-gathering and market research purposes. World Vision is under no obligation to proceed with any procurement process or contract award as a result of this RFI. Information received through this process may be used to: - Assess market capacity and capability; - Benchmark pricing and service models; - Evaluate procurement options; - Inform future sourcing decisions; and - Determine whether a competitive procurement process will be undertaken. Submission of a response does not create any contractual relationship between World Vision and the respondent.
