The purpose of this amendment is to establish a formal site visit scheduled for Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET. The visit will take place at the USDA, ARS, SEA, U.S. National Poultry Research Center (USNPRC), B1, located at 934 College Station Road, Athens, GA 30605. Please be advised that entry to the facility strictly requires U.S. citizenship and a valid, government-issued photo ID. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
