Arbeidstilsynet ønsker å inngå én rammeavtale med én leverandør for konsulent tjenester innenfor IT-drift.
Oppdragsgiver har behov for basis og spisskompetanse innenfor IT-drift. Det kan også være behov for konsulenttjenester ved større prosjekter.
Arbeidstilsynets IT-seksjon og sentrale IT-komponenter er lokalisert i Trondheim. Ved enkelte anledninger vil det likevel være nødvendig å utføre bistand på andre kontorlokasjoner. Hovedtyngden av oppdrag kan gjøres over digitale kanaler og dermed uten fysisk oppmøte.
Driftsbistanden vil blant annet kunne inkludere:
- Bistand ved større oppdateringer
- Feilsøking
- Opplæring
- Større konfigurasjonsendringer
- Optimaliseringer av drift og driftsmiljøet
