Le TRIBUNAL ADMINISTRATIF DU TRAVAIL possède deux sites web, lesquels reposent sur un environnement Typo3. La Direction des technologies de l’information du TRIBUNAL souhaite retenir les services d’un prestataire spécialisé afin d’assurer l’hébergement, la maintenance, l’entretien, le soutien technique et l’évolution des sites Web ainsi que des infrastructures technologiques qui les supportent. Le contrat vise à assurer la disponibilité, la stabilité, la sécurité, la performance et la pérennité des sites Web du TRIBUNAL, ainsi qu’à permettre leur évolution en fonction des besoins organisationnels, technologiques, réglementaires et de sécurité. Le PRESTATAIRE DE SERVICES devra être en mesure d’intervenir de façon préventive et corrective dans le cadre des travaux prévus, tout en respectant les niveaux de service établis (SLA), notamment les délais de prise en charge et de résolution des incidents, afin d’assurer la qualité et la continuité des services offerts.
