Le Tribunal administratif du travail (« Tribunal ») publie le présent avis d’appel d’intérêt afin de consulter le marché relativement aux solutions technologiques disponibles permettant l’enregistrement numérique des audiences, la gestion des fichiers audio, l'annotation des enregistrements, la production de transcriptions et l’archivage sécurisé des contenus audionumériques. Cette démarche vise à évaluer les solutions susceptibles de remplacer la plateforme actuellement utilisée (Voxlog) par une solution moderne, évolutive et pérenne répondant aux besoins opérationnels, technologiques et informationnels de l’organisme. Cet avis d’appel d’intérêt donne l’occasion aux entreprises intéressées de démontrer leur intérêt et leur capacité à offrir une solution technologique répondant aux besoins du Tribunal. Il permettra, entre autres, au Tribunal de connaître l’état actuel du marché. Le présent avis d’appel d’intérêt ne constitue pas un appel d’offres ni une invitation à soumissionner. Il vise seulement à recueillir des renseignements sur l’intérêt et sur la capacité des entreprises à proposer une solution.
