Die Spiel- und Veranstaltungsstätte Kampnagel soll modernisiert und erweitert werden. Derzeit sind bereits zwei Gebäudekörper vorhanden, die Hallen haben bis zu zwei Obergeschosse mit einer BGF von 15.673 m². In diesen befinden sich sechs zu sanierende Veranstaltungshallen sowie Probebühnen und Studios. Die K7 ist als Neubau oberhalb der Hallen mit einer BGF von 7.606 m² geplant und beinhaltet weitere auszustattende Probühnen und Studios sowie Lager- und Werkstattflächen. Im bestehenden Verwaltungsgebäude finden ebenso wie im neuen Residenzgebäude keine veranstaltungstechnischen Maßnahmen statt.

Lots Lot 1 — Bühnenboden: Das Leistungsverzeichnis Bühnenboden umfasst die vollständige, betriebsfertige Planung, Lieferung, Montage und Dokumentation unterschiedlicher Bodenaufbauten für die Hallen, Probebühnen und Studios der Bauteile Nord (B01n), Süd (B01s) und K7 (B04). Hierzu gehören insbesondere Bühnenböden, Probebühnenböden und Tanzschwingböden mit Parkettobefläche. Dazu gehören unterschiedliche Unterkonstruktionstypen, Rampen, Stufen, Randleisten, Versatzklappen/Bodenkanäle und anderen Einbauten sowie Schliff, Oberflächenbearbeitung und Schutzbeläge. Wesentliche Leistungen: - ca. 3.300 m² Bühnenboden - ca. 700 m² Probebühnenboden - ca. 670 m² Tanzschwingboden - ca. 260 m² Rampen - ca. 270 Stück Bodenkanal-/Versatzklappen
