Die Spiel- und Veranstaltungsstätte Kampnagel soll modernisiert und erweitert werden. Derzeit sind bereits zwei Gebäudekörper vorhanden, die Hallen haben bis zu 2 Obergeschosse mit einer BGF von 15.673 m². Das Verwaltungsgebäude umfasst 5 Obergeschosse mit einer BGF von 3.573 m². Einer der Neubauten wird als Residenzgebäude geplant. Dieses umfasst Wohneinheiten von Künstlern auf 6 Etagen und hat eine BGF von 1.845 m². Die K7 ist oberhalb der Hallen als Neubau mit einer BGF von 7.606 m² geplant. Es umfasst 2 Obergeschosse mit doppelter Raumhöhe und Zwischengeschossen in Teilbereichen.

Lots Lot 1 — Dachabdichtungs- und Klempnerarbeiten: Das Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst Dachabdichtungs- und Klempnerarbeiten für folgende Gebäudeteile: - Bauteil 04 (K7), - Bauteil 01-S (Halle - Südteil). Die Dachabdichtungs- und Klempnerarbeiten enthalten folgende Leistungen: - Abbrucharbeiten Bestandsflächen, - Erneuerung von Bestandsflächen, - Neubau Dachfläche und Abdichtungsarbeiten, - Klempnerarbeiten. Wesentliche Arbeiten: - Dachaufbau mit EPS-Dämmung, Bituminöse Abdichtung ca. 1.400 m2, - Abbruch und Erneuerung der Bestandsdachflächen mit Mineralwolldämmung und FPO-Abdichtungsbahn ca. 540 m2,
