Zentrale Kläranlage Chemnitz - Herstellen eines 2. Serverraums

Lots Lot 1 — Herstellen eines 2. Serverraums - ZKA Chemnitz: Zum Bedienen und Beobachten der verfahrenstechnischen Prozesse der Zentralen Kläranlage Chemnitz ist seit 2017 ein Prozessleitsystem Siemens PCS 7 im Einsatz. Aktuell ist der physische Zugang zu den Anlagen sowie der Leittechnik über ein Mehrstufensystem abgesichert. Von außen nach innen sind folgende Sicherungsmaßnahmen getroffen. Umzäunung der Anlage (in einfachster Ausführung ohne Überwachung), zwei elektrisch angetriebene Zugangstore mit Videoüberwachung ohne Aufzeichnung, Einlassdienst zwischen 6:00 Uhr und 21:00 Uhr am Eingang Betriebsgebäude, Außentüren zum Betriebsgebäude nur mit Schlüssel oder Betriebsausweis zu öffnen. Netzwerkanschlüsse auch im Gelände der ZKA sind im Wesentlichen durch Dongle gesichert. Es gibt eine Vielzahl organisatorischer Festlegungen beim Betreiber, die für weiteren Schutz der Systeme sorgen sollen. Weitere Anforderungen sind umzusetzen. Zur Aufrechterhaltung eines genehmigungskonformen Anlagenbetriebes und zum Schutz des Systems vor inneren und äußeren Bedrohungen unter Erfüllung gesetzlicher Vorgaben der NIS2 Richtlinie sind dabei folgende Maßnahmen umzusetzen: 1. Herstellen eines zweiten Serverraumes außerhalb des Betriebsgebäudes. 2. Zugänge zu Netzwerken der Prozessleittechnik, welche Bestandteil dieser Maßnahme sind, sind durch geeignete Schließsysteme physisch zu sichern. 3.
