Ausgeschrieben ist die Erneuerung einer zentralen Wärmeerzeugungsanlage inkl. Rückbau der vorhandenen Anlage. Vorgesehen ist eine 2-Gaskessel-Anlage als Brennwertkesselkaskade, H2-ready (Wasserstofffähig) mit Systemtrennung und Energiespeicherladung, inklusive Erneuerung der Abgasanlage. Die benötigte Gesamtleistung wird mit ca. 400 kW abgeschätzt. Die außentemperaturgeführte modulierende Wärmeerzeugeranlage soll zukunftsfähig mit einer Anlagenspreizung 60 / 45 °C gefahren werden. Die bestehende alte 2-Kessel-Anlage (2 parallelgeschaltete baugleiche Gliedergusskessel mit atmosphärischem Brenner und mit Rücklaufanhebung) aus dem Baujahr 1990 wird einschl. Abgassystem bis über Dach vollständig demontiert.
