Lots Lot 1 — Estricharbeiten: Ausgleichsdämmung Trittschalldämmung Zementestrich Anhydritestrich Die Maßnahme wird aus verschiedenen Förderprogrammen finanziert. Aus diesem Grund ist die Ausschreibung in die nachfolgenden Förderbereiche gegliedert: Los 01 - Bundesförderung (Turnhalle C) Los 02 – Städtebauförderung (Kulturzentrum, Jugendräume) Los 03 – FAG (Turnhallen A und B, Sanitärbereiche, Umkleiden) Los 04 – FAG + 15 % (Nachmittagsbetreuung) Los 05 – Übergeordneter Bereich Infolge dieser Gliederung ist es erforderlich, inhaltlich gleiche Leistungspositionen mehrfach, jeweils zugeordnet zu unterschiedlichen Förderbereichen, auszuweisen. Die ausgewiesenen Mengen sind jedoch insgesamt zu betrachten, da die Maßnahme in einem einheitlichen und zusammenhängenden Ausführungsvorgang realisiert wird. Entsprechend sind Mindermengenzuschläge nicht anzusetzen, auch wenn in einzelnen Förderbereichen geringere Mengen ausgewiesen sind, die isoliert betrachtet eine solche Zuschlagskalkulation zulassen würden. Im Titel 05 werden die allgemeinen Leistungspositionen aufgeführt, die den Förderbereichen jeweils anteilig zugeordnet werden können. Die Maßnahme wird in einem Bauabschnitt durchgeführt und im Gesamten vergeben. Die Abrechnung erfolgt jedoch nach Teillosen mit einzelnen Rechnungen pro Los.
