Am nördlichen Standort Campus Forschungsflughafen Braunschweig soll für die Technische Universität Braunschweig der Forschungsneubau CPC umgesetzt werden. Der Neubau CPC erstreckt sich über zwei, über einen Verbindungsbaukörper erschlossene, Gebäudeteile, der Gebäudeteil Büro und der Gebäudeteil Technikum in dem experimentell gearbeitet wird. Im Außenbereich soll eine Anlieferung, ein Parkplatz und Aufstellflächen für Zyklisiercontainer entstehen.

Lots Lot 1 — Trocken- und Reinraumtechnik - Neubau CPC, Geb. 9997, Hermann-Blenk-Straße, 38108 Braunschweig: Errichtung von sieben (7) Trockenräumen und zwei (2) Reinräumen, bestehend aus der Raumhülle, Türen, Toren, Fenstern sowie der Beleuchtung. Für die Trockenräume werden zudem vier Entfeuchtungsanlagen inkl. der erf. Lüftungskanäle, der erf. Medienversorgung, Steuerungstechnik, Absaugungssystem für die technische Abluft, Ansaugkästen für die technische Umluft, Entrauchungsmöglichkeiten, Raumsensorik für die Erfassung diverser Parameter - Wartung und Inspektion für eine Neuanlage in Verbindung mit deren Errichtung und Montage, Laufzeit 4 Jahre - Ergänzungsvertrag für Störungsbeseitigung zum Vertrag für Wartung und Inspektion von technischen Anlagen und Einrichtungen
